I/WE: 3newstart Limited Have Applied to: Birmingham City Council for a New Premises Licence for: 29-31 Alvechurch Road, Birmingham, B31 3JW Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday - Sunday 12:00 - 23:00

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 21/11/2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ OR email: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk

The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
