NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
An application has been made by G H GRIFFITHS & SONS LTD to the Licensing Authority for Rhondda Cynon Taf for the grant of a Premises Licence for GRIFFITHS FORECOURTS, MISKIN CORNER SERVICE STATION, SCHOOL ROAD, MISKIN, PONTYCLUN CF72 8PG.
The application includes proposals to sell alcohol by retail, to provide regulated entertainment and to provide late night refreshment.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, at Ty Elai, Dinas lsaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY.
Interested parties (e.g. people living in the vicinity) or responsible authorities (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade) can make representations at any time between 04/11/2024 - 02/12/2024. All representations must be made in writing (including e-mail or fax.)
lt is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine of conviction is £5000.
