LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that The Parochial Church Council of Parkstone Saint Peter and Saint Osmund with Branksea Saint Mary has applied to BCP Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as:- Saint Peter's Church, Parkstone, Church Road, Parkstone, Poole BH14 0NN.
The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises only from 12:00 hrs daily on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and from 18:00 hrs on Sundays until 23:00 daily, subject to conditions restricting the occasions upon which alcohol may be supplied.
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department; BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL (or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk) no later than 26th November 2024. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of BCP Council at the above address (or www.bcpcoundl.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
