I/WE: Dilip Kumar Passi Have Applied to: Charnwood Borough Council for a New Premises Licence for: Unit 18, Carillon Court, Loughborough, LE11 3XA Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol: Mon-Sun (07:00-22:00) Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 26 November 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Charnwood Borough Council, Southfields Loughborough, LE11 2TX OR email: licensing@charnwood.gov.uk

The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.charnwood.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
