NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that: Horizons Leisure Limited of the following address: One St Peter’s Square, Manchester, M2 3DE is applying for a a variation of its Converted Casino Premises Licence under Section 187(1)(b) of the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: Horizons, Basement and Ground Floor, Queens House, 1 Leicester Place, London, WC2H 7BP. The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plans submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, to extend the casino and licensed area from just the Basement into the Basement and Ground Floor; to include a new entrance off Leicester Square; and a change to the entry to the Basement level. The application has been made to: Licensing Team, 15th Floor, Westminster City Council, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities. A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any representations must be made by the following date: 24 November 2024

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
