NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that: Horizons Leisure Limited of the following address: One St Peter’s Square, Manchester, M2 3DE is applying for a a variation of its Converted Casino Premises Licence under Section 187(1)(b) of the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: Horizons, Basement and Ground Floor, Queens House, 1 Leicester Place, London, WC2H 7BP. The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plans submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, to extend the casino and licensed area from just the Basement into the Basement and Ground Floor; to include a new entrance off Leicester Square; and a change to the entry to the Basement level.
