Notice is hereby given that WH Smith Retail Holdings Limited has applied in respect of the WH Smith Victoria Island (East) – Unit 154 Victoria Station London SW1V 1JT for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Opening Hours Monday - Friday 0600 to 2200, Saturday 0700 to 2100, Sunday 0800 to 2100. Sale of Alcohol (off sales only) Monday - Friday 0800 to 2200, Saturday 0800 to 2100, Sunday 0900 to 2100. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 20 November 2024, to the City of Westminster Licensing Authority at The Licensing Authority, Westminster City Council, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP where the register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment and/or by contacting licensing@westminster.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
