What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Grosvenor Casinos (GC) Limited in respect of premises known as The Barracuda, 1D Baker Street, London, W1U 8ED, applied to the City of Westminster for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is to amend Condition 10 of the Premises Licence which currently states “Maximum number to be determined from time to time from a Proper Officer of the LFEPA. The current number is 250 (inclusive of staff)”. To read “Maximum number to be determined from time to time from a Proper Officer of the LFEPA. The current number is 300 (inclusive of staff)”. The change of occupancy from 250 to 300 is stated in the new conditions of our most recent Fire Risk Assessment. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 20 November 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP, or by email to Licensing@westminster.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
