What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice

Notice is hereby given that Himalayan Monal Ltd has applied to Preston City Council for a premises license under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of the premises known as Himalayan Monal, located at 138 Friargate, PR12EE, Preston, Lancashire.
The application is for the following activities:
- Sale of alcohol. The proposed hours of operation are: Thursday - Monday from 1:00pm till 11:00pm and Tuesday it will be operating from 1pm till 10:00pm.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to Town Hall, Lancaster Rd, Preston PR1 2RL by 1st December 2024.
A person wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the licensing Section, during the office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which in summary conviction is £5000.
