NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Miles Retail Limited has applied to Brent Council Licensing Authority for the Grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for BP Londis, 91 Neasden Lane, London NW10 2UE to permt: The online ONLY sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises twenty-four hours a day, Monday to Sunday. No sale of alcohol to take place to customers in the shop. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by 19th November 2024 to Alcohol Licensing, Regulatory Services, Brent Cvic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley HA9 0FJ. by email: business.licence@brent.gov.uk or by visiting the authority's webste: www.brent.gov.uk/business/licences/licensing-registers It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingy or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to an unlimited fine on summary conviction for the offence
