Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

We Brookside Road Stores Ltd hereby give notice that an application was
made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council on the 22/10/2024 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Brookside Road Stores, 6 Brookside Road, Stratford-Upon- Avon CV37 9PH from which the following licensable activities are proposed.
Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises from 06:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday. The full application may be inspected, free of charge, by appointment at the offices of the council at Env - Licensing, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire CV37 6HX or contact
online at www.stratford-dc.gov.uk. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations in writing within 28 Consecutive Days
of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for
representations being the 19/11/2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine. 22/10/2024
