Notice is hereby given that Live Nation (Music) UK Ltd of Farmiloe Building, 30 St John St., London EC1M 4AY on 24th October 2024 has made application to Plymouth City Council, being the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the above Act, for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises to be known as Plymouth Hoe Event Site situated at The Hoe, Plymouth PL1 2PA.
The relevant licenseable activities are as follows: Regulated entertainment in the form of plays; film exhibitions; live and recorded music; dance performance and activities of a similar description to live and recorded music and dance performance and the sale and supply of alcohol, all from 11.00 to 23.00 each day.
The application is for licensable activities to take place for events between the months of May and August each year and for a maximum capacity of 29,999.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
