What is proposed?

Notice of application on 21 October 2024 to Huntingdonshire District Council for a Premises Licence by Shell UK Oil Products Limited for Shell Little Waitrose Huntingdon, Stukeley Road, Huntingdon PE29 6HG for sale of alcohol (consumption off the premises) Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:00 hrs and the provision of Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 hrs. The application is available for inspection on-line at https://www.huntingdonshire.gov.uk/licensing/public-registers/ Anyone wishing to make representations concerning the application should do so in writing online via the public register above, by email licensing@huntingdonshire.gov.uk or by post to Huntingdonshire District Council, Pathfinder House, St Mary’s Street, Huntingdon PE29 3TN. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 18th November 2024. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
