What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Live Nation (Music) UK Limited has applied to Derby City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Derby Summer Sessions, Markeaton Park, Markeaton, Derby, DE22 4AA.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of alcohol (on the premises only) from 10:00 hours until 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday; Regulated entertainment in the form of Plays, Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance and Anything of a Similar Description to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performances of Dance (indoors and outdoors) from 10:00 hours until 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday; Opening hours unrestricted on a maximum of 10 days in a calendar year.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Team, Derby City Council, The Council House Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2FS or by emailing licensing@derby.gov.uk no later than 21st November 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Derby City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.derby.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
