NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

The Clay Club, 14 St Andrews Road South, St Annes, FY8 1SR
Notice is hereby given that I, Ruby Pemberton-Tingle, intend to apply to Fylde Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to carry out the following licensable activities at the above premises: Supply of alcohol on the premises. The relevant licensing hours will be: Monday to Saturday - 11:00 – 22:00 & Sunday 11:00 – 19:00.
A copy of the application may be inspected at Fylde Council,The Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, Lytham Saint Annes FY8 1LW and online at https://new.fylde.gov.uk/business/licensing/licensing-act-2003/licensing-act-2003-applications/
Any representations must be made in writing to Fylde Council by 18th November 2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make false statements in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
