Notice is hereby given that Mr Brann has applied in respect of Fillpots Nursery, 52 Straight Road, Boxted CO4 5RB for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to extend the licensed area.
Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 13 November 2024 to licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk or to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected by prior appointment between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday at the Council's offices at 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester or online at http://www.colchester.gov.uk.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
