What is proposed?
Notice of application for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of The Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Grillet Ltd has applied for a premises licence to South Gloucestershire Council in relation to Grillet, 544 Filton Avenue, Horfield, Bristol, BS7 0QG to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Late Night Refreshments Monday to Sunday 23:00hrs to 04:00hrs.
A record of the application will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yale, South Gloucestershire, BS37 7PN.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, South Gloucestershire Council, Department for Place PO Box 1954, Bristol BS37 ODD or by email: Licensing@southglos.gov.uk.
Such written representation must be received by 22/11/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
