What is proposed?

Notice of application on 17 October 2024 to the City of Westminster Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence by Shell UK Oil Products Limited for Waitrose Bayswater, 104-105 Bayswater Road, London, W2 3HJ to update the premises trading name to ‘Shell Little Waitrose Bayswater’; update the internal layout plan attached to the premises licence; increase the sale by retail of alcohol (off the premises) hours to 24 hours daily; remove the licensable activity of ‘private entertainment consisting of dancing, music or other entertainment of a like kind for consideration and with a view to profit’ from the premises licence entirely; remove dated & historical seasonal restrictions under annex 1 relating to Christmas Day and Good Friday; add conditions to Annex 2 of the Premises Licence. Any representations in respect of the application in writing to the Licensing Service, City of Westminster Council, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5QP; or to licensing@westminster.gov.uk by 14 November 2024. A record of the application can be inspected at the Council offices (above) during office hours or via www.westminster.gov.uk/licensing It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
