Notice of Application for Renewal of a licence for a Sexual Entertainment Venue
Notice is hereby given that Spearmint Rhino Companies (Europe) Ltd of 161 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7NN, has applied to London Borough of Camden on 18th October 2024 for the renewal of the Sexual Entertainment Venue Licence for striptease, pole dancing, lap dancing and entertainment of a like kind in respect of the premises: Spearmint Rhino, 161 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7NN for the same hours as current namely Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 04:00 day following and Sunday 09:00 to 02:00 day following. Anyone wishing to make objections to this application must do so in writing, stating the grounds for the objection to: The Licensing Authority, London Borough of Camden, 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG or by email to licensing@camden.gov.uk no later than 14th November 2024. The register can be viewed online by visiting www.camden.gov.uk and following the links. Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the applications at 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG SUBJECT TO PRIOR APPOINTMENT. Representations may not be made on moral grounds but must relate to one or more of the grounds set out in the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as described in the section entitled “Principles to be Applied when considering Applications” available from Camden.
