Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Premises: Pasty Shop/Uppercrust, Nr Platforms 9-10, Kings Cross Railway Station, London, N1 9AL.

Notice is given that Select Service Partner Ltd has applied to Camden Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed licensable activities are: 1. The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 07.00 until 23.00 daily; 2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 until 05.00 daily. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to Licensing Officer Camden Council 5 Pancras Square c/o Town Hall Judd Street London WC1H 9JL. Representations must be received by 15 November 2024. The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.camden.gov.uk.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
