What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Former Jolly Steward, 101-103 Fulwell
Avenue, South Shields, NE34 7DF
Notice is given that One Stop Stores Limited has
applied to South Tyneside Licensing Authority for a
Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are: Sale by Retail of
Alcohol: 0600-2300 Monday to Sunday.
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in writing
to: Licensing Section, South Tyneside Council,
Development Services, Level 2, Town Hall & Civic
Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields, NE33 2RL.
Representations must be received no later than
20/11/2024. The Application Record and Register
may be viewed during normal office hours at the
above address or at www.southtyneside.info.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5
on the standard scale(unlimited).
