NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
PREMISES: The Last Resort, 174 Heaton Road, Newcastle NE6 5HP Notice is given that Rugglers Limited applied to Newcastle City Council on 22nd October 2024 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:- Films and recorded music: Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 to 23:00 hours; Friday and Saturday from 09:00 to 00:00 hours. Supply of alcohol: Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 23:00 hours; Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 00:00 hours. Late night refreshment: Sunday to Thursday from 23:00 to 23:30 hours; Friday and Saturday from 23:00 to 00:30 hours.
Seasonal variations apply as set out in the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH. Representations must be received by 19th November 2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
