NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd October 2024 Peddlers Restaurant Limited applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Peddlers Restaurant, Ground Floor, Union T1, St Johns, Manchester M3 3GS. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment (Recorded Music) on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 09.00 to 01.30. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hour of 23.00 and 01.30. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA Or by e-mail to: premises. licensing@manchester.gov.uk no later than the 19th November 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Manchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above office by appointment only. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
