Walsgrave Road - Application To Vary A Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Walsgrave, 382 Walsgrave Road, Coventry, Warwickshire, CV2 4AF applied to Coventry City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is:
1. To extend the hours for the supply of alcohol, both on & off sales, to commence from 09:00 hours Mondays to Sundays (currently 10:00 hours).
There is no change to the terminal hour.
2. To remove outdated and obsolete conditions from the Premises Licence.

Any representations regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by, The Licensing Authority, Coventry City Council, Civic Centre 4, Much Park Street, Coventry, CV1 2PY or by email to licensing@coventry.gov.uk no later than 21 November 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.coventry.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
