The Everest Restaurant & Bar Unit 8, The Friary Cardiff CF10 3FA, the applicant has applied for a premises licence for the following relevant Licensable Activities and times: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 00:00 hoursChristmas Eve & New Year’s Eve: 08:00 to 02:00 hours. The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of live music (indoors) and recorded music (indoors): Monday to Sunday: 11:00 to 00:00 hours Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve: 11:00 to 02:00 hours. The provision of late night refreshment (indoors): Monday to Sunday: 23:00 to 00:00 hours Christmas Eve & New Years Eve: 23:00 to 02:00 hours. The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 21 November 2024. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
