What is proposed?

Notice of Application for the grant of a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that WE AMUGA LIMITED have applied to Watford Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises to be known as (AMUGA BITTERS) ADDRESS: UNIT 25 WITHIN WOW WORKSPACE BUILDING 2 - 5 MOWAT INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, SANDOWN ROAD, WD24 7UY. The proposed licensable activities are: Retail sale of alcohol On and Off the premises Mon to Sat 09:00 - 20:00 Sun 12:00 -20:00. Opening Hours to the public Mon to Sat 14:00 - 20:00, Sun 12:00 -20:00.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to:Watford Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX or by Email licensing@watford.gov.uk no later than 4th November 2024 that is 28 days after the date of the valid application, stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Watford Borough Council offices at the address given above during normal business hours. lt is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
