Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under The Gambling Act 2005

Notice is hereby given that: Chongie Entertainment UK Limited of the following address: 3-5 Wardour St, London W1D 6PB are applying to vary an Adult Gaming Centre premises licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: Little Vegas, 14 & 16 Station Rd, Harlington, Hayes. Postcode: UB3 4DA. The proposed variation is pursuant to section 187(1)(b) of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary the adult gaming centre premises licence to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application to vary the back office layout and increase the gaming area slightly. The application has been made to: Hillingdon Council, Licensing Service, Civic Centre, High Street, Uxbridge, UB8 1UW (licensing@hillingdon.gov.uk)

Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities.

A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any representations must be made by the following date: 18 November 2024

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
