LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that I/we, Nagabhushanam Kanumilli applied on 21/10/2024 for a NEW Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as:
Chit n Chaat, Unit R5B, The Orient, The Trafford Centre, M17 8AA.
Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide:
For sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises for the timings
Monday: 11:00 till 22:30
Tuesday: 11:00 till 22:30
Wednesday: 11:00 till 22:30
Thursday: 11:00 till 22:30
Friday: 11:00 till 23:00
Saturday: 11:00 till 23:00
Sunday: 12:00 till 21:00
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to:

Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted.
A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk
A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, at Trafford Council, and is available via email upon request during the 28 day consultation period.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
