South Kesteven District Council gives notice of an application made to them for a Premises Licence in respect of the above premises.

The proposed application is as follows: -

* The Sale of Alcohol on and off the premises Monday to Thursday 11:00 to 23:00, Friday 11:00 to 00:00, Saturday
10:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 10:00 to 23:00

* The Provision of Live Music Indoors and Outdoors Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 23:00, Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 12:00 to 23:00

* The Provision of Recorded Music Indoors and Outdoors Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 23:00, Friday and Saturday
12:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 12:00 to 23:00
* Opening hours; Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 22:00

The application will be available for inspection by request to the licensing Team at South Kesteven District Council.

All representations made by any persons or responsible authorities to the Licensing Authority must be in writing, on the appropriate form available on our website to the Grantham office at Licensing Team, Council Offices, The Picture House, St Catherine’s Road, Grantham, NG31 6TT or via email to licensing@southkesteven.gov.uk

The last date for representations to be received by us is:- 20th November 2024

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The Maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.
