NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We Greenlamp Restaurant Group Ltd Of 128 City Road, London. EC1V 2NX apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as Harveys, 83 Poole Road, Bournemouth, BH4 9BB

HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT WE have applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority on 17 October 2024 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 14 October 2024 The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk  

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
