NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 16th October 2024 Blue Sakura Manchester Limited applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Blue Sakura, 8 First Street, Manchester M15 4RP. The proposed licensable activities are;-

1. The supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment (Films, Live Music and Recorded Music) on Sunday to Wednesday between the hours of 12:00 and 00:00 and Thursday to Saturday between the hours of 12:00 and 01:00.

2. To permit late night refreshment on Sunday to Wednesday between the hours of 23:00 and 00:00 and Thursday to Saturday between the hours of 23:00 and 01:00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or by e-mail to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk no later than the 13th November 2024 stating the grounds for representations.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
