What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Trust Inns Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Northumberland County Council
(South East Licensing Section) to vary the Premises
Licence for the Kings Arms at 417 Cowpen Road, Blyth,
Northumberland, NE24 5NG.
The application includes the following terms:- 1. To extend
the terminal hour for all licensable activities on Friday and
Saturday evening to 01:00 the following morning. 2. To
remove the restrictions on Christmas Day and Good Friday
for the hours to be brought in line with the normal permitted
hours each day. Full details of the Application can be
viewed at the Licensing Department, Business Compliance
& Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service, West
Hartford Business Park, Cramlington, Northumberland
NE23 3JP. A responsible authority or any other person can
make written representations to the Licensing Authority
at any time up to and including 14th November 2024

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
