NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises Or Club Premises: The Workshop,
Unit 1, Station Approach, East Boldon
NE36 0AB

Notice is given that The Workshop (East Boldon) Ltd has applied to South Tyneside Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The Licensable activities are: Live/Recorded Music, Sales alcohol Mon-Sun

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, South Tyneside Council, Development Services, Level 2, Town Hall & Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields, NE33 2RL. Representations must be received no later than 11-11-24.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(unlimited)
