What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003


A Premises License application has been made by
Georgia Brittain to License the premises, School
Farm shop and Tea room, School Farm, Ollerton
Road, Retford DN22 8DB. The application is for the
sale of alcohol on and off the premises. The
proposed hours are 10.00 to 23.00 hours Mon to
Sun. Full details of the application can be viewed at
Bassetlaw District Council’s offices, between 9am
and 4pm Monday to Friday ( by appointment only )
or on the Councils website – www.bassetlaw.gov.uk
Any person wishing to make a relevant
representation on this application must do so in
writing by 15/11/2024. This must relate to one or
more of the Licensing objectives namely crime and
disorder, public nuisance, public safety or the
protection of children from harm. Representations
should be sent to:- The Licensing Section,
Bassetlaw District Council, Queens Building, Potter
Street, Worksop. S80 2AH.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with a
Licensing application. The maximum fine on
summary conviction is unlimited.
