What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Voodoo Doll Limited in respect of premises known as Mojo, 10 Thurland Street, Nottingham, NG1 3DR has applied to Nottingham City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, to introduce two shuffle board tables to the left hand side of the ground floor and to reconfigure the right side of the ground floor where the bin store and toilets will be changing place.

The Licensing Register, and full details of this application and proposed variation can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm and Monday to Friday by prior appointment. 

Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 18 November 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
