Mr N Suresh has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest to vary the premises Licence at Forest Road Food and Wine, 167 Forest Road, Walthamstow E17 6HE to allow the shop to open and sell alcohol from 0600 hrs, and provide late night refreshment to 0100 hrs daily.
