Notice of application on 16 October 2024 to Cheshire West and Chester Council for a Premises Licence by Shell UK Oil Products Limited for Shell Hoole Road, Hoole Road, Chester CH2 3NH for sale of alcohol (consumption off the premises) Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:00 hrs and the provision of Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 hrs. The application is available for inspection online at www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk or at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port CH65 0BA. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays. Please email Licensing@cheshirewest.gov.uk for further information. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, at the above address no later than 13th November 2024. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
