LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Notice is given that Gaston et Hugo Ltd (Company Number 12730109) applied to Hackney Council for a premises licence at: The Laughing Yak, 499 Kingsland Road, London, E8 4AU, in order that the following licensable activities can take place: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises: 12:00 to 21:45 hours Tue to Sat and 17:00 to 21:45 hours Sun to Mon. The licence register listing details of the application is held at the Licensing Service, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London E8 1DY (Tel No. 020 8356 4970).

Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the 12 November 2024. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
