What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Centenary Lounge Limited is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence at Centenary Lounge, Platform 2, Taunton Railway Station, Station Approach, Taunton TA1 1QP to permit the sale of alcohol on and off the premises 06:00-22:00 each day. Further details of the application can be inspected at Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton TA1 1HE, by phoning 0300 123 2224, by email at somersetwestenquiries@somerset.gov.uk or online at www.somerset.gov.uk. Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to the address above. Representations must be received before midnight on the 14th October 2024.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
