What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

NOTICE FOR A MINOR VARIATION OF A PREMISE LICENCE An application for a minor variation of a premises licence has been made by Amici Midlands Ltd to Wolverhampton Council in respect of premises known as Rosso e Nero which are situated at 25 Darlington Street Wolverhampton WV1 4HW. 

The application is as follows: FIRST FLOOR IS NO LONGER PART OF THE RESTAURANT. 

Any representations by interested parties regarding the application must be made in writing to Licensing Services, Civic Center, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton WV1 1DA by 30th October 2024 

The application may be viewed on the councils website www. wolverhampton.gov.uk or by pre arranged appointment during normal office hours. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
