Licensing Act 2003 - Public Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
Sapra Hospitality Catering Ltd. / Vicky Singh Sapra, have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a new premises licence for 30/32 Norwood Road, Southall, UB2 4DL.
The application is for the following licensable activities:
Provision of live music: Indoors, Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Provision of late-night refreshment: Indoors, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM, and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises:
Monday to Saturdayfrom 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM, and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
A record of the application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority offices at Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HLduring normal office hours.
Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing by 13.11.2024 to Ealing Council, Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL, or by email to licensing@ealing.gov.uk.
Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for this offence is £5,000.
