Notice is hereby given that Mr Chi-Man Mau has applied in respect of CMM168 LTD (T/A Hatties Gifts), Vitas Business Centre, Unit 6 Dodson Way, Peterborough, PE1 5XJ for the Variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for gift hampers containing alcohol to be produced Monday-Sunday 00.00-00.00 hrs.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 05 November 2024 to Peterborough City Council, Licensing Section, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
