notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at
Wyre Council for a Premises Licence at Hadfields Bistro,
Unit 2, The Old Coal Yard, Hall Gate Lane, Preesall,
Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 0PJ to: Sale of Alcohol by Retail (on
& off sales) Monday to Sunday 08:30 - 22:30 Christmas
Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years’ Eve 08:30 -
01:30, Late Night Refreshment Christmas Eve, Christmas
Day, Boxing Day, New Years’ Eve 23:00 - 02:00, Live &
Recorded Music Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing
Day, New Years’Eve 23:00 - 01:30. Any person wishing to
make representations on this application may do so by
writing to: The Licensing Section, Wyre Council, Civic
Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU no later
than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations
received after this date will not be considered. A copy of
the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s
address during normal office hours. It is an offence
knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with this application, the maximum fine on
summary conviction being £5,000.
