House of Ales Ltd has applied for a Premises Licence at Unit A, Mauds Yard, Pontefract, WF8 1AQ, to supply alcohol on and off the premises from 09:00–23:00 Monday to Sunday, and from 09:00–00:00 on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
Representations must be made in writing by 11/11/2024 to Wakefield Council, Licensing Dept., Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton St., Wakefield, WF1 2EB (email: licensingoffice@wakefield.gov.uk). The application can be inspected at the above address or at www.wakefield.gov.uk between 10:00–15:00, Monday to Friday. Knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with this application is an offence punishable by an unlimited fine.
