NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises Walker Activity Dome, Wharrier Street, Walker, NE6 3BR

Notice is given that GLL applied to Newcastle City Council on 10/10/2024 to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:- To increase the licensable activity of boxing, wrestling and indoor sporting events to the below: Monday to Sunday 08:00 - 23:59

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application for variation must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH

Representations must be received by 07/11/2024

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
