Application for a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Wirral Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Pasture Road, Moreton, CH46 8SA for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.

A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 19/11/2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
