What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice Is given that ELIZABETH FARAI DAVIS has applied to the South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence In respect of premises known as A TASTE OF AFRICA at 108 Broadway, Didcot, OX11 8AB, for the sale by retail consumption OFF the premises. The application If granted, will allow such licensable activities to take place at the following times: Monday-Saturday 09.00 - 19.00 and Sunday 10.00 - 17.00.

If you wish to make any representations in connection with this application, you must write to The Licensing Team, South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or via email to licensing@southoxon.gov.uk on or before the 12th November 2024.

The Council's Licensing Register where a record of this application may be inspected is kept at the above address. The register may also be viewed online at www.southoxon.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a Premises Licence. The fine for which a person is liable upon summary conviction is unlimited.
