Lamaa and Company Limited have applied to
Ashfield District Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence, in respect of the following establishment:
Domino’s Pizza, 21, 21a Station Street, Kirkby in
Ashfield, Nottingham, NG17 7AQ. Which would
authorise the following licensable activities: Late
Night Refreshment: Monday to Thursday 23:00-
00:00, Friday to Saturday: 23:00-01:00, Sunday
23:00-00:00. The Opening Hours: Monday to
Thursday 11:00-00:00, Friday to Saturday: 11:00-
01:00, Sunday 11:00-00:00.
Representations may be made regarding the
proposed application, either in writing to The
Licensing Authority, Council Offices, Urban Road,
Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 8DA
or by email to: licensing@ashfield.gov.uk by no
later than 12/11/2024 28 days after the date on
which the application was submitted to the
Council. The record of this application can be
viewed during standard office hours by an
appointment with the Licensing Authority at the
Council Offices, Urban Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield,
Nottinghamshire, NG17 8DA.
IT IS AN OFFENCE, to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with an
application for which you may be liable to a fine not
exceeding level 5 on the standard scale on
summary of conviction.
