What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Haven Leisure Limited in
respect of Premises known as Golden Sands Holiday Park
- Live Lounge and Quayside, Quebec Road, Mablethorpe,
LN12 1QJ applied to East Lindsey District Council for a
Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is
to extend the sale of alcohol on and off the premises and
regulated entertainment, with the exception of Boxing &
Wrestling which remains as existing, on Sundays only 1100
to 0200 the following morning, Outside Area on Sundays
1100 to 2300, add recorded music Monday to Sunday
indoors 1100 to 0200 the following morning, recorded
music in Outside Area Monday to Sunday 1100 to 2300; all
of the above in line with hours and other activities permitted
Monday to Saturday currently; extend the opening hours on
Sundays 0800 to 0230 the following morning in line with
the hours permitted Monday to Saturday currently. There
are no other changes to the hours for licensable activities
and opening hours already permitted Monday to Saturday
or conditions already listed on the premises licence. Any
representations regarding the above-mentioned application

must be received in writing by email to licensing@e-
lindsey.gov.uk or by post to The Licensing Team, East

Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road,
Horncastle, LN9 6PH no later than 14th November 2024
stating the grounds for representation. The register of East
Lindsey District Council and the record of the application
may be inspected at the address of the council, given above,
during normal business hours or on the council’s website –
www.e-lindsey.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
