What is proposed?

Application for a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Broxbourne Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Gospel Hall, Halfhide Lane, Cheshunt, EN8 0FH.

For sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.

The application was lodged with the Council on 15/10/2024 and any representations must be made in writing to the above email address by no later than 12/11/2024

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
