An application has been made to Chelmsford City Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence, namely at: Costa Coffee Drive Thru, 1 Eagle Way, Little Waltham, Chelmsford CM3 3FY.
A Description of the Activities is described below:
Provision Of Late Night Refreshment, Monday to Sunday 23:00 - 05:00.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding this application, which must be made in writing within 28 days of the posting of this notice.
All representations must be made by 11/11/2024 addressed to: The Licensing Team at: Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1 JE or by email to: licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk
It is a summary offence, liable to an unlimited fine on conviction, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
